IAS

The IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS) is a professional organization dedicated to advancing technology and promoting the application of electrical systems in industry. Founded in 1964, IAS serves as a global platform for engineers, researchers, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge, collaborate on projects, and address challenges in various industrial sectors. It encompasses a wide range of disciplines, including power and energy systems, industrial automation and control, renewable energy, electric machines, and drives, among others.

IEEE IAS is providing travel grants for attendance at the IEEE R8 SYP 2024. These grants solely cover the congress registration fees. Preference is given to IEEE IAS volunteers and officers. Accepted applicants must register, pay the registration fees, and participate in the Congress to receive reimbursement post-event. Additionally, they must register for and attend the IAS workshop. Participants who are already registered are also eligible to apply for the IAS Travel Grant.
