Yes, we can provide you with a VISA letter addressed to your embassy upon request, along with your registration information. However, this option is only available to IEEE members, provided that you selected this option when filling out the registration form here. 

You will receive your VISA letter within 3~5 working days after you complete your registration (filling the registration form and paying the respective fees). Please note that we will only send you the VISA letter if you are an IEEE member.

All the information you wil provide in the registration form in the section relevant to the VISA letter will appear on your VISA letter. Additionally, we will put relevant information about the congress, accomdation details, and confirmation on your payment. It will be signed by the IEEE France Section Chairman.

We are currently looking for volunteers in Grenoble France. On the other hand we are developping an ambassador program. Every students branches (limited to France for the moment) can propose a volunteer who can become an ambassador, to communicate about the congress in his/her STBranch, and propose help and ideas to the SYP volunteers.
